Christian Education Units

Study Skills

Studying theology is not the same as studying modern languages, arts, engineering or science, e.g. in that we study theology not to becomes masters, but to be mastered. With many other subjects, what we learn might have little impact on our core values and beliefs. Theological study affects not only our mind, but our whole person. The aim of the unit is to address the philosophy of theological study and to equip students with the academic tools required to maximise the benefit of their studies to them.
