“ACBTR is a Research Centre that promotes innovative, cutting-edge multidisciplinary research on the Bible, in a variety of interests in ancient and contemporary contexts.
It provides focal points for major individual and collaborative research projects. It organises seminars, conferences, workshops, drop-in faculty chat sessions, and roundtable discussions. While developing international networks of scholars, it also coordinates funding strategies and promotes research within and beyond academia.
ACBTR is an international and inclusive research hub, home to a vibrant and global community where research focuses on the texts and traditions of the Bible in conversation with other disciplines and from multiple perspectives.” (Professor Stefano Salemi)
