Fees normally include library usage but do not include textbooks, etc.

All fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase during the study period.


FEE-HELP

PBC is registered to offer FEE-HELP for eligible students.

FEE-HELP is a student loan scheme for which you may be eligible. To find out if you qualify, visit StudyAssit website via link below.

The income threshold level for compulsory repayment

There is a limit to how much you can borrow. There is a loan fee applicable to FEE-HELP.

Eligible students should complete a Request for FEE-HELP form via eCAF and indicate payment using FEE-HELP on each enrolment form.

A link to the eCAF website will be emailed to you once the enrolment form has been submitted.

The spouse of a full-time student enrolled in the PBC award receives a 50% discount on their course fees. The spouse of a full-time student enrolled in the SCD award receives a 50% discount on their course fees after deducting the SCD course capitation fees.

The capitation fees apply to all the SCD-accredited courses offered at PBC; $315 per unit for Undergraduate courses and $575 per unit for Postgraduate courses.

The spouse of a full-time student can audit two subjects for free and will then pay in full for extra audit units.

Work contracts are available for students who wish to participate in the college maintenance program. $849.75 per Trimester (11 weeks).

These contracts enable students to subsidise their fees in exchange for performing certain maintenance duties on campus grounds. This includes cleaning the facilities and low-skilled gardening/grounds maintenance work.

Tuition fees can be paid in the following ways:

  • Upfront at the beginning of each trimester.
  • Using FEE-HELP
  • Part upfront and part using FEE-HELP

Please note that all other student fees and costs for textbooks provided by PBC must be paid for up-front.

Students withdrawing before the census date (the end of week four) will receive a full refund.

Students who notify their withdrawal from a unit after the census date will receive no refund.
